Prescott, AZ ~ Embrace the spirit of the fall season and support a great cause by attending "Practically Magic" ~ BOO BASH 2010, a fabulously fun, ladies-only, up-scale, overnight adventure. This delightfully “witchy” affair will again be held at the historic Hassayampa Inn on October 2nd and 3rd.
Proceeds for this annual fundraising event will benefit Michael's Garden, a non-profit program providing vocational training and services for Arizona's special needs adults. Like the BISTÅ Autism Center, Michael's Garden is a division of ACCEL, (Arizona Centers for Comprehensive Education and Life-Skills). Since 1980, ACCEL has provided exceptional educational, behavioral and vocational services on two campuses, to students, ages 5-22, and adults with autism, cognitive, emotional, physical and behavioral challenges from across Arizona.
The exclusive, paranormal evening experience includes a 'Featured Vendor' shopping tour, a ‘Trick or Treat Holiday BOO-tique’, award-winning wines provided by Carlson Creek Vineyard, hosted cocktails, epicurean dinning, silent and live auctions and entertainment. A magical array of optional activities, including spa treatments provided on site by the Fountain of Youth Salon & Day Spa will also be available. Possible ghost sightings are provided at the discretion of "Faith" the "Ghost Bride" in residence!
“We are pleased that Ann Monahan, Director of Operations for H.O.P.E Group, LLC, has agreed to be the Honorary Chairwoman for our event,” remarked Gail Curran, Vice President of Organizational Development.
